You really have gone all out to help us, and we are so appreciative of your time, effort and attention to detail. We really didn't expect that, and can't begin to describe how impressed we are.
Lets hope the new tenants appreciate the great job you have done, and take really good care of the place.
I also think you undersell your own photographic skills, as the professional shots are very good, but yours were too!

Two very bad experiences with real estate agents in the past made us very anxious about engaging the services of another real estate agent to manage the sale of our house in St. Lucia recently.
